Our Story
Our Story
Erik Winther the owner of San Juan homes started his career in construction working for his father at The Winther Co. in Arizona. After his fathers passing Erik and a partner took over the company and ran it successfully for many years. Eventually Erik found a new life in Colorado, but his passion to create more was still there. He founded San Juan homes, and he is rapidly growing the business. Erik is not only a builder, but also a Certified Home Inspector. He likes to spend his free time with his Son Brandt, Fishing, Hunting, and Roping.
