The 2015 International Building and Residential Codes, among other codes, were approved at a special meeting of the Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) on Sept. 5, and subsequently, the Archuleta County Building and Safety Regulations were amended to conform to the 2015 codes.
